When two iconic streetwear brands join forces and combine their rich heritage, you can be sure fans will be lining up for a chance to purchase. That’s our prediction for January, 17 when Jordan Brand and Levi’s® launch the Air Jordan 4 and Levi Strauss & Co. denim trucker jacket.
The Air Jordan now comes in Levi’s authentic denim in a light blue wash with reverse-denim details on the inside. The typical paper patch found on the back waistband has been placed on the tongue. The shoe is accented with gold stitching and indigo laces.
The trucker jacket, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017, got a spectacular makeover for this collab. The reversible jacket was inspired by Jordan’s classic tracksuits from the ’80s. One side boasts a blue denim wash with red sleeve panels, while the reverse is made of a black base with a denim-accented collar and the Jumpman flight logo on the back. The jacket is finalized with co-branded buttons and the classic paper patch on the back hem and attached tag.
Retailing for around €185, look for the kicks (and the jacket) at select Jordan Brand stores and online on January 17th. You can find the full list of retailers here.
