Summer time! That means the Daily Dose of Denim team will be spotting denim styles at the festivals again. Like last year, we will visit a couple of festivals that are very different one from another and this is clearly reflected in the denim outfits the visitors are sporting.
This makes it so much fun for us, to see how festival visitors get creative with denim.
First up was the Best Kept Secret Festival in Hilvarenbeek. This is a Daily Dose of Denim favourite, as it offers all the good things in life in a magical setting. Good music, good food, good vibes and a giant lake. Best Kept Secret doesn’t use main and secondary stages, but they are all given a number, making the hierarchy between the acts disappear. This also triggers the visitors to go check bands that are out of their comfort zone.
The festival had some great names in their line-up (Arcade Fire, James Blake, George Ezra, Soulwax and the comeback of Millionaire). Radiohead was the closing act of the festival, playing a 2,5 hour schizofrenic and magical set.
Below are some of the denim styles that we spotted. Go!
